Tyra of the Rasalhague led,
Forth her fiery flying Drakons,
Gallant in bronze . A warrior woman whose hands
Were unskilled in the ways of hearth and home,
In skills of war she was hard and trained
To leave behind the airy winds and fight
Where the void is eternal and life fleeting.

Tyra and her warriors fought
Like crazed demons above Radstadt.
When her fighter was crippled by ours,
And her life leaked away into the endless night,
She chose to die
And sent her fighter like a spear
Through the Dire Wolf, claiming as isorla
Our mighty ilKhan's life . Sing of our loss, warriors!
Sing, but of Tyra also,
For though an enemy, her courage none can deny.
-The Remembrance, Passage 294, Verse 8, Lines 17-33

Here, with the Strana Mechty wolf,
we see what may be the epitome of a warrior,
cunning matched with instinct and stealth,
joined with a final, terrifying attack.
For this mighty creature, I name you.  You are Clan Wolf.  Nicholas Kerensky, 2810

Is the remembrance even available as a source?

Oh, and by the way, my teacher loved it!

Yes, atleast what has been created. I used it back in high school for a literary project. ^^
Admittedly, that was almost 10 years ago, so my resources are not readily available, but I will do my best to locate what I can.

I think it'd be cool to have quotes from the rememberance in loading screens and stuff. ^^ *hint, hint* :P

That is a terrific idea, Phelan.  However, I am not sure the team's license would allow for the use of any materials created for the CBT such as the fluff from the sourcebooks.  It would be great to have trivia, lines from the Clans Remembrances, and the like during load screens.

Im glad to see that some rember the old Blood of Kerensky series. Tyra was a good character that i loved, and Im happy that people remember that the novels still exist.

BTW Tyra Miraborg, formerly of the Genzburg Eagles dies in "Lethal Heritage" - Blood of kerensky: Volume one By Michael A. Stackpole
ITS 'Mech not Mech... you see that damned thing in front?! USE IT.... 'Mech is shortened from BATTLEMECH.... i hate u all... HA!

I always thought the way she died had some great irony to it.

Wasn't she in a relationship with Phelan Kell? And wasn't Phelan Kell on the dropship (or in the group of dropships) which Tyra attacked?

I need to reread those novels.. been too long.

That was before Phalen got into a relationship with that clanner.

Mixed blood!

But Ranna Kerensky was hott. I loved that whole masculinity duel that arose because of her between Phelan and Vlad.

Yes, that was cool. Even funnier is when the explanation as to why they had sex was this:

"They are just like Brother and Sister! Like your sister- you know"

"But I dont have sex with her!"

best conversation ever
